Return and Exchange Policy

At OVA, we strive to provide high-quality and sustainable packaging solutions. Because our products are eco-friendly and designed for food-grade or general hygiene use, this policy has been established to ensure the rights and safety of all our customers.

First: General Terms for Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Timeframe: Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days only from the date of receiving the order.
  2. Product Condition (Hygiene & Safety Requirement): The product must be in its original, pristine condition and factory-sealed. Due to the nature of sustainable materials and their sensitivity to environmental factors (such as humidity), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product once the outer packaging has been opened.
  3. Excluded Products: Returns or exchanges are not permitted for products manufactured or customized to the consumer's specific request (e.g., items printed with a custom logo), except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Second: Logistics Fees and Costs:

  1. Return Fees: If a customer wishes to return a product for personal reasons, a fixed return shipping fee of 30 will apply.
  2. Exchange Fees: To exchange a product (e.g., changing cup sizes), the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the original item and shipping the new one 30
  3. Manufacturing Defects: In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in order preparation on our part, OVA will bear all shipping and replacement costs. The issue will be resolved within 1–7 business days.

Third: International Returns and Exchanges: For international orders, the consumer bears all shipping costs (both ways), customs duties, and the responsibility of handing the product over to the shipping company, unless the reason is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Fourth: Non-Eligible Cases:

  • If a defect appears in the product due to poor storage or misuse by the consumer.
  • If more than 7 days have passed since the date of delivery.
  • Products that have been used or from which a benefit has been obtained.
